Please accept our apologies for the site being out of commission recently. Hope we didn’t interfere with your holiday shopping too much. The outage was due to a rather unusual accident in our shipping/receiving/rendering facility. A huge 430 pound elk had wandered on to the roadway in front of a truck that was transporting some heavy construction equipment. No harm to anyone in the vehicle, but the elk was thrown head over horns into a pine tree near our facility. After spending over an hour to remove the animal and drag it with the 4-wheeler over to our meat recycling center, we went to work turning a careless elk into a freezer full of barbeque. At the first stick with the knife, the animal sprang back to life, kicking our internet server panel off of the wall! Lucky for us, one of our company “surgeons”, who was holding the elk, used to be a strong-man in the Eastlake Circus, and used his patented chokehold to re-subdue the animal. And, although our freezer was then filled, your orders couldn’t be, and we are sorry for any inconvenience.
We are working around the clock to make sure all orders for our delicious grillin’ sauces get where they’re going by Christmas. Thanks for all your business and Happy Holidays!
