UsinG The ThauTh

Some folks ask us our opinion of the best way to use Rod Gentry's Blanket of Love Grillin' Thauth.  There are as many answers to that question as there are people asking the question.  But here are just a few of our favorites.  Email us and let us know your favorite way to use it.  info@rodgentry.com
  • Dipping sauce for tortilla chips, potato chips, crackers and fingers;
  • Grilling on meats (use it in just the last few minutes of grilling to prevent burning);
  • Base for pizza... mixed equal parts with your favorite pizza sauce, topped with chicken, goat cheese, green peppers, and mozzarella ... maybe even some cilantro;
  • Use a half cup in a three pound meatloaf mix;
  • Use one jar in three pounds of pork roast, cook it in the crock pot all day (excellent BBQ pulled pork);
  • Use as a sauce for meatballs (see recipe), just toss meatballs in the sauce after they have cooked fully;
  • Apply directly to a spoon and take it as you would any other folk medicinal substance;
  • Mix a few tablespoons in with butter and toss with popcorn.  YUMMM... Gentry Corn;
  • When grilling vegetable kebobs, brush the veggies near the end of cooking with Thauth so it doesn't burn;
