Rod Gentry’s Grillin' Thauth Meatballs

Servings: 80 pieces
  • 20 ounces Ground Beef
  • 12 ounces Sweet Italian Bulk Sausage
  • 1/2 cup onion, small dice
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 ounces saltine crackers, crumbled
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 cup Rod Gentry’s Grillin’ Thauth
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a sauté pan, sauté onions and garlic in a small amount of vegetable oil until lightly browned. In a mixing bowl, combine beef, pork, sautéed onion mixture, saltines and egg and mix thoroughly. Shape into 3/4" to 1" meatballs and bake on a sheet pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray or parchment paper. Bake meatballs at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until done through. The internal temperature of the meatballs should reach 165 degrees. Remove from oven and coat meatballs with Grillin’ Thauth. Makes 80 to 100 meatballs.
