Pulled Pork or Beef

Combine the pork, Thauth, and water in a crock pot or dutch oven, and cook covered at 275 for five hours.  When done, the meat should easily fall apart.  Transfer all juices and meat to another container, cover, and chill overnight.  The next day, remove fat from the top of the juices, trim excess fat from the meat, and then reheat and serve on some fresh sourdough bread or a kaiser roll.  Serves 6 to 8 people.
